1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver all across Pakistan. 

2. Delivery Timeline
* Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
* Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
* Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days.

Note: Deliveries may take slightly longer during public holidays, bad weather, or high-volume sales events.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout based on your delivery address. We also offer Free Shipping on specific promotions or order values (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with a tracking number so you can easily monitor your delivery status.

5. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or tempered with, please do not accept it from the courier and contact our customer support immediately at miannabeell.x@gmail.com.
